contribute significantly to the quality of life in the Inland Empire. Our
mission is "To promote public health by disseminating medical knowledge and
information to the general public without charge." IWIN is governed by a

San Bernardino County Sheriff Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) - A medical volunteer unit created by the SBCMS and housed within the County Sheriff's Volunteer Forces Unit.
