In 2005, the San Bernardino County Medical Society, the San Bernardino County
Superintendent of Schools, and Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) formed a School
Nurse Physician Collaborative (SNPC). This dynamic collaborative has provided an
opportunity for local pediatricians and school district nurses to work together
for the health and safety of school children in San Bernardino County. The SNPC
meets three times each year. The
SNPC provides educational lectures and provides continuing medical education credits.
all scheduled meetings please RSVP to Debbie Long, San Bernardino County Medical
Society at 909-273-6000 or

Next Meeting: TBD
12:00 Noon to 1:30 pm
Location for all meetings is SAC Building, 250 South G St., San Bernardino 92410.
Much has been accomplished by the participating school nurses and pediatricians. School
health forms have been developed for a variety of topics related to medication and
procedures which provide consistency across all districts within San Bernardino
County. The health forms are available in English and Spanish for schools
and physicians to download as Word documents.
Some forms may not be available due to updates being made.
