Board of Supervisors Appoints New County Public Health Officer Dr. Michael Sequeira Dr. Michael Sequeira, M.D., a leader in the county’s medical community and experienced local expert in emergency medicine, was appointed Public Health Officer for the County of San Bernardino on Tuesday by the Board of Supervisors.
