The Nominating Committee met on January 7, 2004 at 6 p.m. Members in attendance were: Doctors Frank Randolph, Dev Gnanadev, Samuel Wilson, Jeannette Benjamin, Edward Hess, Rodney Borger, and Executive Director Linda Stratton. The following represents the actions of the committee:

(Two-Year Terms, 2004-2006)

District 2: Elliot Weinstein, MD; two-year term (2004-2006), replacing Victor Ching, MD.

District 3: Robert Rentschler; MD, two-year term (2004-2006), replacing himself.

District 4: James Couperus, MD, two-year term (2004-2006), replacing Ingrid Blomquist, MD.

At Large: Pierre Assaf, MD, two-year term (2004-2006), replacing Guillermo Valenzuela, MD who moved to Treasurer.

At Large: Rodney Borger, MD, two-year term (2004-2006), replacing himself.
